Crab Fry

Crab Fry is a fragrant medley of spices and aromatics. Its spicy punch is set off deliciously by the sweet crab meat.


  • Crab – 10 medium (Cleaned)
  • Maida / All purpose flour – 4 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch – 4 tablespoon
  • Ginger garlic paste - 21/2 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tablespoon
  • Red chilly powder – 3 tablespoon
  • Pepper powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Soya sauce – 2 tablespoon
  • Salt - 3 tablespoon
  • Oil - 1 cup


Add salt, maida, cornstarch, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and soya sauce to crab and mix well.

Sprinkle some water to mix the masala so as to give a thick coating to the crab.

Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan to fry the crab.

Gently drop the marinated crabs to the hot oil.

Flip and cook both sides until crispy.
